Amy LaBelle's Spicy Gingered Pomegranate Mule:

1 ounce Pomegranate Juice
1 Jalapeňo Slice
1 - 2 ounces Ginger Beer
Pomegranate Arils
Sugared Rosemary for Garnish
Directions:
Fill a cocktail glass with ice.
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice
Combine vodka, wine, grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice and jalapeño slices and shake for 30 seconds.
Strain into your prepared glass and top with ginger beer and garnish with pomegranate arils and sugared rosemary sprigs
Directions for the Sugared Rosemary Sprigs:
Place 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar into a saucepan and heat on low until sugar is melted. Do not boil.
Remove from heat and dip rosemary sprigs into simple syrup to coat
Remove them with a slotted spoon to a piece of parchment paper. Let dry one hour.
Then roll then in sugar or spoon sugar onto them to coat and let them dry until needed.
Amy's Recipe Tips:
Depending on how much spice you want, you can add more or less jalapeños. I like to make mine extra spicy!
