Guacamole always brings a bit of fun to the table! This version is fresh, bright, and so satisfying and it comes together in just a few minutes.

Amy LaBelle's Guacamole Recipe:


Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Scoop the avocados out of their shell and mash in a bowl (don’t over-mash, the consistency should be a bit chunky).

  2. Add the tomatoes, onion, lime juice, and The Winemakers Kitchen Salsa and Guacamole Spice and mix together.

  3. Serve with tortilla chips or serve atop chili, tacos, or burritos!



Amy's Recipe Tips:

Use ripe avocados! They should give slightly when you press them. Underripe ones won’t mash well.
