My Cranberry Turkey Burgers are a family favorite that always feels like home. This is a great recipe for after the holidays when you have leftover ingredients.

Amy LaBelle's Cranberry Turkey Burgers Recipe:
Ingredients
2 lbs Ground Turkey
1 carrot, finely diced
1/2 sweet onion, finely diced
1 celery stalk, finely diced
1 cup of dried cranberries or 1 cup leftover cranberry sauce, homemade is best
Pinch of Black Pepper
Ingredients For Cranberry Wine Mayo
1/2 cup of good quality mayo
1/4 cup of LaBelle Winery Cranberry Wine
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Combine the ground turkey, carrot, sweet onion, celery, cranberries, and seasoning together until it is well blended.
Form 4oz patties and place them on a baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Bake for 25 minutes or until the thermometer reads 160 degrees in the center of the patty.
While the patties are in the oven, start to assemble the cranberry wine mayo.
Mix the mayo, LaBelle Cranberry Wine, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
Once the patties are done assemble your burger with onion, tomato, and lettuce. Spread the cranberry wine mayo on the bun.
